Horse Racing Rules

• Wager types offered are Win / Place / Show, Daily Doubles, Exactas, Quinellas, Trifectas, Superfectas, Pick 3s and Pick 4s.

• Win / Place / Show bets have a maximum wager limit of $1,000 and all exotic wagers have a maximum wager limit of $200.

• If a wager is made after post time it is considered a past posted ticket and the amount of the wager is refunded regardless of the outcome of the ticket or whether it would have won or lost.

• There are NO CLAIMS on bets placed over the Internet. The player is responsible for wagers that are entered incorrectly before the post time is off. For this reason, we ask each customer to double check their selections before confirming them online.

• Customers are responsible for the entry of selections by horse and race numbers.

• Horses are indentified by saddlecloth numbers, not by name.

• Quarter horse racing is not permitted. An exception to this rule is if quarter horse racing is part of a thoroughbred card. In the event that quarter horse racing is part of a thoroughbred card, the wagering will be capped at $1,000 maximum on quarter horse wagers regardless of track limits. If for some reason the system displays and accepts individual quarter horse races by mistake, ANY and ALL wagers will be accepted and capped at $1,000 maximum.

• If a horse is scratched, all Win / Place/ Show wagers will be refunded and the portion of Exacta, Trifecta, Superfecta and Quinella combos containing the scratched horse will also be refunded.

• For Daily Doubles (DD), if a horse is scratched before the second leg, a consolation DD will be paid out and it is to be specified by the track payouts.

• For Pick 3s and Pick 4s, if a horse is scratched in any leg, the customer will receive either the post time favorite in that race or a consolation payout specified by the track.

• Due to temporary delays in the Racebook, "live" feed all wagers must be in 2 minutes prior to the actual post time to qualify as a valid ticket.   The system will automatically shut the race off at that time.  In the unlikely occurrence that the system does accept a wager within 2 minutes to post, Management's discretion will apply based on the actual post time.
